All our kitchen labs and the support areas, spread over 12,000 sq ft area, have been designed specifically like professional kitchens, replete with modern and latest equipment for practical learning.
Open to-Air Kitchen
Humans essentially have migrated from outdoor cooking to cooking in controlled environment. Outdoor cooking methods differs substantially from kitchen-based cooking; the most obvious difference being lack of an easily defined kitchen area. In an effort to know and understand the various techniques and flavours obtained from cooking in different cooking media, we have created a speciality lab offering variety of cooking methods like pit roasting, barbeque and chulha cooking, tandoor, open fire spit cooking, etc. The open to sky area above the studio kitchen will be designed using stone counters.
