SSCA is a premier culinary and hospitality school under Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. We have two unique and distinguished Degree programmes in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. You can choose to apply to any one or both the following programmes.
The 3-Years B.Sc. (Culinary Arts) programme teaches comprehensive culinary knowledge and imparts culinary skills in various regional and international cuisines. Emphasis is also placed on modern trends in the culinary field and areas like food styling, food journalism, and food photography.
The 3-Years B.Sc. (Hospitality Management) programme is distinctively designed for careers in management positions within a wide range of hospitality organizations. The curriculum has been uniquely designed to train the aspiring hospitality professionals in tune with the global industry requirements.

3-Years Full-Time B.Sc. (Hospitality Management)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Candidate should have passed or appeared for standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board.
  • Candidate should obtain a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in XII (10+2).
