Our experienced faculty members come from a variety of backgrounds and are key ingredients in SSCA’s teaching learning recipe pedagogy for exceptional culinary and hospitality education. Most of the team members have global industry and academic experience having worked at renowned hotels, restaurants and hospitality institutions. Some of them won notable awards, have entrepreneurial experience having opened and operated their own food businesses, or traveled the world working with hotels. All of our faculty members bring an incredible range of skills into the classroom. With their extensive networks and experience, many of our instructors are respected experts in their industries. Beyond their credentials, our chefs and management instructors are dedicated to their students and committed to teaching the next generation.
We at Symbiosis believe in industry and academia interaction at all stages of student development so as to impart correct and industry specific training to all our students. We invite subject matter experts sourced from among the experienced faculty from Symbiosis sister institutions as well as from the related field across India.

Through our network with global culinary and hospitality institutions, Symbiosis invites a host of foreign and renowned chefs for food demos at SSCA. Every year, we host culinary and hospitality professionals who come for food demonstrations and lecture series on a variety of subjects.
